My name is Eliana, and I’m originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina — the land of powerful rhythms and passionate movement. Today, I call California home. I’m a beach-loving, music-driven soul with an unshakable love for dance.

I founded Acá se Baila on December 31, 2023. But truly, this brand was born long before that — it’s a reflection of who I’ve always been. Dancing, designing, singing, creating… it’s all been part of my story from the very beginning.

As a teenager, I dreamed of being a rockstar. I was in a band, performing across Argentina — we didn’t reach stardom, but we definitely lit up the stage and had the time of our lives. Later, I followed my love for visual storytelling and opened my first Graphic Design Studio in 2012 after years of dedication and study.

Through all the twists and turns, one thing never changed: my connection to dance. I’ve been moving to music since I was a little girl, blasting songs in my room, inventing choreos in the mirror, and letting rhythm run through my body. My first official class was Jazz at 16 in a small neighborhood club. Since then, life has taken me on and off the dance floor — but I never stopped expressing myself through movement, sound, and visual art.

Now, I’ve decided to bring all of those pieces together — music, dance, design, story, soul — into the shape of a star. Because that’s what I believe we all are. Acá se Baila means “Here, we dance,” and to me, it’s a reminder to stay present and keep moving. Life may not always show us where we’re going, but we can always choose to keep flowing, keep feeling, keep showing up.

Have a ton of dance experience? Cool. Don’t have any? Doesn’t matter. On the dance floor — and in life — we’re all on the same level when it comes to being human. Passion doesn’t require permission. It requires presence. And presence is everything.

There was a time in my life when I felt lost, disconnected. Maybe you’ve been there too. It was through dance that I reconnected with myself — with the person I’ve always been. That’s what I want Acá se Baila to be for others too. A reminder. A restart. A rebirth. A celebration of who you are and the power that comes from simply being yourself.

So dance. Even if you feel uncertain. Even if you’re still finding your rhythm. Dance, because it’s your way back to yourself.
