Return Policy


Our store is happy to accept online returns within 12 days of your purchase date for a refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 12-days return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Send us an email to hola@acasebaila.com, and we will provide the address to return the item/s. Please don't forget to provide the order number.


  • All returns must be in unused condition and include all original product inserts and accessories.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items must have the label attached on it.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Unless your product arrives damaged/defective, is the incorrect item, or is missing parts, applicable shipping costs. Acá se Baila provides a shipping label for your return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund. If using your own return label, we recommend you insure the shipment and keep your tracking receipt. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method.
